I’m a California native mother of twins writing about infertility, prematurity, syndromes, hearing loss, special care, life, and all the love in between.
I began this mlog with the intention of being open, honest, and insightful. Many people have questions and curiosities about our life, and I plan to be very candid. When my twins were born more than 2 months early I fell into a deep pit of postpartum depression. I would scour the internet for hours looking for information, prognoses, but most of all hope.
More than a year later, I have reached a clearer vantage point; some days I even believe everything will be OK. Hopefully my words will strike a cord with someone out there, or simply keep you up to date on my world with A & A.
I haven’t decided whether or not to use my children’s real names so for now know them collectively as “A & A” or my daughter’s nickname “Baby Squirrel.”
